Serving the world’s underserved
One out of 100 babies is born with congenital heart disease (CHD). Sadly, 9 in 10 of these children do not have access to high-quality care. We’re working to change that by training in-country pediatric heart teams to treat children in Bangladesh, Brazil, China, India, Malaysia and Vietnam — countries that are home to almost 40% of the world’s population.

As a leading global champion for the health and rights of children with heart disease, we advocate with decision-makers for a world where ALL children have access to high-quality and affordable pediatric cardiac care.
Empowering nurses
Children’s HeartLink focuses on the learning needs of all members of the pediatric cardiac care team. We have a special emphasis on educating, training and empowering nurses at our partner hospitals throughout the world.
